If there is a glimmer of hope in the security guarantees Putin is insisting on, it might well come from Germany and/or France who certainly could give the written reassurance that Ukraine will not become a NATO member. It is clear Biden/Blinken will never meet this very reasonable concession.

When it comes to reasoned policy, we are as empty headed as Scott Ridder points out our great toolbox is in fact empty. I don't know how much longer we think Putin is going to sit idly by and watch tons of weapons being flown into Ukraine coming from the US/UK. It seems even the corrupt Ukrainian government is realizing our rhetoric is putting a target on their back.

When it comes to Yemen, Daniel has long been the voice of one crying in the wilderness. It is so pitiful that congress, knowing Trump would veto the Yemen resolution and knowingly lacked Senate numbers to override the veto, passed their great resolve for ending our support only to go back to full-scale complicity (and cowardice) once Biden/Blinken take the reigns.
